Parker Smith – Weekend Recap – 07/17/22
Had a pretty good weekend, ran 4th most of the feature Friday at Callaway with a broken upper control arm, and a car snuck by on the outside in the last 2 or 3 laps, Saturday night at the lake was forgettable, looped it in the slick early and only came back to 7th on a wide open track with a big cushion. Last night at double x field bunched up on the initial start in the heat race, and leaders were already gone before I ever got to clean air. Started 6th in the feature, and had a good battle for 2nd for a handful of laps but the leader was checked out by the time I got there. Came home 2nd. Congrats to Adam Hall and the team!
